Since its foundation, MirNat has recognized the importance of creating relationships with academic institutions.
We created an important partnership with the University of Edinburgh (led by Prof. Ted Hupp) in the context of the Doctorate Training Programme in Precision Medicine, supported by the Medical Research Council.

Miss Vanessza Fentor has been selected by a mixed academic-industrial scientific committee and will start the Industrial PhD in September.

Vanessza will spend a minimum of 6 months in Rome, at the HQ of MirNat, to carry out an innovative research project focused on “plant microRNAs and cancer”.
