The evidences of MicroRNA cross-kingdom between microbes, plant, humans and animals, the application of microRNA to cancer early diagnostic et possible therapy, the role of MicroRNA in nutrition and metabolic disease, and their effect in inflammation and in the immune response,, have open the vision to the role of MicroRNA\u2019s in global health.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

MirNat Global Health mission is to bridge the gap between traditional<\/strong> and modern medicine<\/strong> with One Health<\/strong> approach, as North-South-South<\/strong> collaborative effort. For the first time, bioinformatics<\/strong> and artificial intelligence<\/strong> are used to identify plant microRNAs with a valuable nutritional support for prevention and treatment of several diseases. More importantly, bioinformatics and AI provide precious tools for identification of potential molecular mechanisms underlying genetic cross-kingdom regulation, which are subsequently explored using traditional molecular approaches.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The growth of interest on microRNAs and the increasing amount of literature, molecular and biomedical data, make difficult to identify records of interest as well as keep up to date with the novel findings. For these reasons we developed MAP<\/strong>, the m<\/strong>icroRNAs A<\/strong>nalysis P<\/strong>ortal.<\/p>

MAP selects miRNA-focused relevant articles from PubMed, links biomedical and molecular data and applies bioinformatics modules.
